Having trouble downloading Smart Home UI kit...

I'm trying to download the Smart Home UI kit (freebie), but cannot seem to do so. I fill in my email address and click the button, or even try tabbing to it, and to no avail. It seems once I put in my email address, there's nothing happening once I click/tab to the "Download Smart Home" button to let me know my request was successful. No emails received either. Help?!

I'm sorry for this recent trouble with downloading the Smart Home UI kit, but I'd be happy to help in any way I can.

Would it be possible to confirm if you are running into this issue in an incognito window, or another browser?

Can you also please provide your browser and operating system details? You can get these details by going to http://www.whatsmybrowser.org/, clicking “Copy”, and pasting the link it gives you here.

Can you please try downloading the UI Kit again directly here and let me know if you still have issues? If you're still having issues, I would like for our Support team to do some further troubleshooting.

Hi Shaina! I tried to download the UI Kit again, directly from the link you provided. My experience was no different - I entered my email address, and clicked the button, in BOTH top and bottom spots on the page. Still same browser details, etc. Still no dice. :-/

Thanks for attempting redownload the UI Kit. Sorry to hear that this still didn't work for you. Before sending this to our Support team, can you please attempt to download the kit in another browser and an incognito window so see if you still run into issues?
