Craft Web Tab doesn't Expand Vertically

Hello,

Here is the problem I am facing:

I load a page in the Craft Web tab.  I can pull the page out left, horizontally to view as it should be on Desktop. However, when trying to manually drag the tab towards the bottom it will not stretch (Near the Duplicate Content area). The cursor will not change to drag. This used to work, however seems like it does not any more. Therefore, I can only stretch the tab up or left. Which doesn't help unless I can detach the tab from the menu bar. Which I do not believe I can? 

I want to be able to see the web page in the tab at any size within my desktop screen. I can not do that.

Any help is appreciated.

     1. Can you please provide a screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview?
     2. Can you please provide a screenshot or screencast displaying the issue you've described?
     3. What version of Craft Manager are you running?
     4. What version of the Craft Data plugin are you running?

Hi Matt,

Thank you for taking the take to provide that screencast and your version details. Since you are on the most up to date versions of Craft Manager and the Craft Data plugin, I would like our Support team to take a closer look at this to determine why it was once expanding from the bottom before, but isn't anymore.
