No assets show on Inspect mode > assets tab

Hi,

It works previously but when I upload same artboard and all assets gone.
Created a new file for test:

 

 

 

Craft Manager 1.0.75
Sync + Prototype 2.3.113
Sketch 52.6 (67491)
Mac:

    Hi Titus and Alessandro,

    Thank you for reaching out and apologies for the trouble encountered with the assets now showing in the Assets tab. We sometimes see odd behavior when the browser's local files associated with InVision become outdated or corrupted. To further troubleshoot this issue, please first sign in to InVision via an incognito or private browsing window.

    If you are able to access your projects in an incognito session, we can confirm you’ll need to clear that data (cache and cookies) from your browser. For help doing that, please see Clearing your browser's cache and cookies for more detail. Once cleared as per the above instructions, please restart your browser and attempt to perform the InVision action again. If you're still having trouble after that, please do let us know.

    If you still have trouble in an incognito browser, please let us know which browser and version you are using and if any other browsers are having issues as well.

    Hi Shaina,

    Still nothing on incognito mode, I even try different browser (safari):

    my chrome version: 72.0.3626.81 (Official Build) (64-bit)

    Hi Titus and Alessandro,

    Thank you for confirming you see no difference in incognito and after clearing the browser data.  Can I have you confirm when that file was synced you were already updated using Craft Manager v1.0.75 at that time?  If not can I have you try re-syncing that file now that you are up to date?  

    If no difference is seen after syncing, please let me know.

    Alessandro - I’d like to gather a little more information so we can better evaluate the trouble you’re having. Can you each please provide the following information?:

         1. A screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview
         2. The version of Sketch you're using
         3. The version of the Craft Sync + Prototype plugin you're using
         4. Any screenshots displaying the issue as Titus has done above

    Once I have those details, I'll be passing this along to our Support team so that they can investigate this further.

    Hi Shaina,

    Yes I uploaded that testing file 4 days ago using v1.0.75 and resync many times at that day.
    Luckily I found these assets appear itself suddenly today.

    I believe I provided enough information for you on the very beginning to reproduce the issue and I keeps follow your instructions and keep you posts, but after 4 days you still asking me the version numbers... 

    Hand off to invision from designer to developer is a very important step on the whole development procedure, its totally not acceptable for some core feature not working and "sudden" back to normal again without any reason and announcement, I hope your team treat this seriously to make this a reliable product.

    Thank you very much for attempting to resync with Craft Manager v1.0.75. I'm happy to hear that your assets are now appearing, and I apologize for the trouble you were experiencing before. 

    You absolutely did provide enough information in the beginning, but I wanted to make sure to confirm that one last step in troubleshooting before having our Support team investigate this further. If you would like, I would be happy to open a ticket still with our Support team so that they can troubleshoot further and determine why this was not working properly for you. Please let me know if this is something you'd like to do.

    Our Support and Engineering teams were aware of an issue which seemed to be the same issue as the one you had reported initially, and I was gathering all necessary feedback in order to link you up with that Problem Ticket that we were tracking. It appears as if this particular issue was resolved by our Engineering team on Tuesday. Our Engineering team diligently investigated the source of this problem and after spending considerable amount of time working towards a resolution, we believe to have fully addressed this problem that you were running into.

    By refreshing your project, you should now be able to access your Assets tab without issues. We recommend to other users that if you notice the problem is still present, please sync your Sketch project to InVision once more and attempt to access your Assets tab again.

    To clarify, in my comment above, I was not asking for your version details again. I was only asking for Alessandro's version numbers since he had not yet provided them for us. I apologize for the miscommunication there. 

    We agree that using InVision should be seamless and enjoyable, and we are constantly working to break down barriers in design. Hearing from customers like you is what helps make InVision products better each day. Thank you for providing your feedback on this issue, and I'm happy to hear things are now working properly!

    I've encountered a similar issue when I have masks in my file, by any chance are you working with a design system or masking?
