I am having difficulty finding the settings for a prototype I created in Studio. I need a password-protected version of it to share with a client. Anyone done this? Thanks!
I'm afraid that password protecting share links for Studio prototypes is not currently available. However, it is a feature request that our Product team is tracking interest in.
I noticed that you have already opened a ticket with our Support team. If this is the feature you're looking for, I'm happy to link up your ticket with the appropriate feature request that we're tracking. Please let me know if this is what you'd like.
Look forward to hearing from you,
Is there a workaround for this or ETA on when it'll be available?
I'm sorry, but we don't have a workaround at this time, nor are we able to provide a concrete date for when this functionality will be available. However, I'm happy to open a ticket on your behalf to track your vote for this feature. This will ensure that you will be notified of any updates as we have them. Please look for a message confirming your vote soon.
Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding. I apologize for any inconvenience that this is causing for you in the meantime.
Have a wonderful day,
I too am in need of a password protection of Studio prototypes. I cannot use it within my organization without a way to lock it down. Are the links published from Studio public or do you need to be logged into InVision to see them?
Thanks! Looking forward to this being integrated into the product. Will certainly switch to Studio from Sketch and Axure if done.
Thank you very much for adding your feedback about this potential feature here in Community! I will open a ticket on your behalf to track your vote for this feature. Please look for a message confirming your vote shortly.
To answer your question about how Studio share links currently work, anyone with the public link can access your prototype whether or not they're signed into their InVision account.
Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.
