Sketch Sync goes to private projects instead of my work group

I have upgraded work account. This means that I have 2 artboards - My projects (private and visible only to me) and work group projects.

When I sync I can't pick a group where to post, so all my directly synced sketch projects go to my private artboard. How I can move them to the other work folder? I remember before a few mounts I have used this option but now I can't find it. Please help.

Hi Poly,

Sorry to hear that you're running into issues with syncing your Sketch projects. You can sync screens to existing team projects, however at this time you won't be able to create a new project within Craft Sync and assign it to your Team. You should still be able to create projects for your Team via a browser and then toggle back to Sketch/Photoshop to sync.

If you are on a Team plan, but you are not the Team owner, new prototypes for your team cannot be published from the Craft Sync plugin. First create a new prototype in the InVision web app. You can now return to the Craft Sync plugin and sync your Sketch file to that prototype. For more information, check out the article How do I create a prototype on a Team plan?

If this doesn't solve your issue, can you please provide the following information so that I can better understand the issue that you're encountering?:

     1. A screencast or screenshot of the issue(s) you're encountering.
     2. A screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview.
     3. Your Sketch version number.
     4. The version of Craft Manager you're running.
     5. The version of the Craft Sync + Prototype plugin you're running.

Look forward to hearing from you,
