InVision Inspect Not Working


I have used the Inspect modes many times.

Now, when I click on the Inspect icon I get a info page that says "Sync your source files" and Get Started to download the Craft Plugin which i have re-installed and have running. However, on repeated attempts I continue getting the "Sync your source files".

I am not able to access Inspect mode at this point

Sorry to hear that you keep encountering the "Sync your source files" message in Inspect Mode. Please provide the following information to help us further investigate what is happening here:

     1. What version of Sketch or Photoshop are you using?
     2. What operating system are you using? Please include a screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview if on a Mac.
     3. What version of Craft Manager are you using?
     4. What version of the Craft Sync+Prototype plugin are you using?
