Craft Hotspots don´t work in Sketch

Hey,

I can´t use the prototype-mode in Sketch anymore. If I press "x" or click on the button, I can´t see any of my old hotspots (that were created in Sketch before and are still in function if I change to the invision-webview). Because of this I can´t neither edit nor delete them.

If I want to set new hotspots after press "c", the settings-window appears though, but I can´t finish the dialogue and nothing happens.

I use the latest Sketch version 52.4 and Craft is actual too (version 1.0.73). Or could ist be, that this doesn´t work right under High Sierra-OS?

Does anybody else have these problems?

Thank you,

M.

    Hi Immanuel,

Sorry to hear that you're running into these issues. So that I can better understand what's happening here, can you please provide the following information?:

         1. Can you please provide a screencast and/or screenshots displaying the issues your are facing?
         2. Can you please provide a screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview?

Look forward to hearing from you,

    Shaina

    Hello,

I have a similar problem with Sketch 52.4 version and from today I don't have a Craft extension in my Sketch application interface. I try to pre-install the application and the plugin but doesn't have an effect.

    I apply a screenshots.

    Hi Omar,

Thanks for reaching out, and my apologies for this issue with Craft!

Could I ask you to try deleting ~/Library/Application Support/CraftManager and then reinstalling Craft Manager again? We've seen that this helped solve a similar issue in some instances.

Please let me know the results!

    Thanks,

    Shaina
