Force refresh prototypes on mobile

Prototypes on mobile (iphone and ipad) not refreshing even with "Refresh all screens" 

 

How do I force a refresh?

 

It's useless if i can't see my relevant work in the latest state.

Hi Susy,

Sorry to hear that you're running into issues with "Refresh all screens" on your mobile devices. So that we can better understand exactly what is going on here, can you please provide the following information?:

     1. Can you please provide a screencast or screenshots displaying the issue you are encountering?
     2. What model of each device (e.g. iPhone 7 Plus) are you using?
     3. What version of mobile OS (e.g. iOS 10.0.1) are you on each device?
     4. Are you viewing the prototype via the native InVision Viewer app for iOS? If so, what version of the app are you using? You can find this in Settings > InVisionApp.
     5. Could you provide a share link for the affected prototype?

Once we have those details, we’ll do our best to help get this sorted.

Hi Susy,

I just wanted to follow up on this thread and let you know that you should be able to simply hit "Refresh prototype" directly within the viewer if you're prototype is not automatically updating. Please let me know if you're still having issues here.

My 'reviewer' says she has no refresh button. How would someone with only review status see updates?  thanks. 

 

I would share a link but it would be public and sharing this prototype publicly is not an option. I can share it privately with an Invision employee

Hey Ann,

Apologies for the delay here. I'm concerned that your app or your reviewers app may not be up to date. Could you (and your reviewer) please update to the latest version and let me know if the problem persists? If it does after that, I'll definitely escalate this into Support.
