inVision Studio wont publish or create a Freehand

I'd like to try publishing/sharing/freehand but i get an error everytime I try to do so.

Hi Delacruz,

I'm so sorry for the trouble with your Freehand publishing from Studio. Can you please attempt the following for me, just to be sure there is no local data conflicting?

1. Go to the InVision Studio > Sign Out menu option.
2. Verify that you wish to sign out.

3. Use your InVision email address and password to log back in again.
4. Attempt to Publish again.

If you continue to have issues after this, please let me know. Also, can you please provide a screenshot of the About This Mac overview?

Hello, the same problem persists, I tried logging out and resigning, but with no success. 

I'm running Studio v1.28.1 on MacOS 10.15.4 (19E287). After the first successful Freehand, whenever I try to update my artboards I get the following error:

No matter how many times I try, I'm using my home wifi, so there're no particular security policies.

Hi Gianluigi,

Sorry to see that this is providing to be an issue for you also. In order to truly understand what's causing this, our Support team will likely need to take a look specifically at your file and account in which you're encountering this.

We've seen a similar error happen when trying to publish when you're at your document limit (which is 3 for the Free account). Would it be possible for you to delete one your projects, then sign out of Studio, close and reopen Studio, sign in, and try to publish again?

Alternatively, you can also upgrade to a free trial of Professional, if that is an option, please do that and then sign out of Studio, close and reopen Studio, sign back in and try to publish.

Once we have those details, I'll pass this along to our Support team so they can help get this sorted.
