Craft Sync will not load into photoshop extensions. I have Photoshop CC 19.1.6 and Craft 2.0.71. Running PC Win 7 enterprise
Any help would be great.
Sorry to hear that you're running into issues with finding Craft Sync for Photoshop on your Windows machine. So that I better understand your issue, are you not seeing "Sync" in "Window" > "Extensions"? Please see the screenshot below:
It appears as if you may be mistaken by the version of Craft Sync for Windows you are running. The latest version of Craft Sync for Windows is 2.0.69. For help finding which Craft plugin versions you're currently using or to check for updates, please read this guide.
Once you have followed the steps in the link above, can you please provide a screenshot showing the version of Craft Sync that you are using?
In addition, can you please check a couple more things for me?:
1. Are you an Admin user on your Windows computer? 2. Could you also check if "enable generator" is checked in your extensions panel?
Look forward to hearing from you,
Thank you for the quick reply. Responses below-
I am using Win 7 enterprise. Any issues with this?
Thanks for the clarification. Can you please send a screenshot of your Craft version by following these steps?:
1. From your desktop, click Start, then Control Panel. 2. Find your list of installed programs under Programs, then Programs and Features. Scroll to find Craft, and the version number is listed after the application's name.
Note: The only way to update Craft Sync in Windows is to re-download the latest version here.
The fact that you are not the admin may be an issue that we are currently aware of and tracking further with the Engineering team into to not having the right permissions and not being able to use Craft, I'd like to ask one further question in regards to this:
| Can you please attempt to have a new user be created and be an Admin user and re-install Craft and attempt to see if that is the issue?
I'm sorry for the troubles currently and I hope that I can help you get this figured out.
No worries about the trouble.
I will see if my admin in IT can run the program.
Thank you very much for providing that screenshot. Once you have consulted with your admin in IT, please let me know your findings.
