The DSM seems to be working fine to everyone that is a member of the organization. The problems is when I change the access in the library to "Anyone with this link", nobody seems to be able to access it . Anyone with this problem?
It appears as if you are already in touch with our Support team in regards to this issue. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to them.
For others who may be running into this issue, our Support team was able to to do some testing and it appears that if you are logged into InVision, but not the Enterprise that hosts the DSM library, then you are directed to the Enterprise login page. This issue has been raised with our Product Team to assess further. I will be sure to update this thread with any changes to this issue.
In the meantime, users can open the links in incognito windows, or when they are not logged into InVision. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
