Studio: Responsive List Component

So I'm having a hard time understanding this responsive component feature, I've played around with it alot and watched your tutorial videos but am unsure if I have a problem because of my lack of knowledge or Invision Studio lacks basic skills.

My goal is to create is simple bulleted list like so:

  • One Item
  • Two Items
  • Three Items
  • Four Items
  • Five Items

and have them be equally distributed vertically as I scale the container.

However, I've tried every combination of the weird pinning tools but it simply won't achieve this. The arrows will either all be spaced the same distance from each other with flexible space on the top and bottom or the arrows are split into three groups, one group that attaches to the top, one that stays centered, and one that attaches to the bottom. I am able to achieve this if I was only using one item in a container (like in your video) but not multiple elements.

    Good Morning,

    Do you mind sharing a screen image of what you are seeing. I was trying to replicate this view myself. Also if you click in the top right corner you should see a link that says collaborate live with freehand. That should allow me to see your file directly.

    @Preston Here is the link for a document with an example. Please open the doc and try to scale both objects, you'll notice that group scales well but the component does not. This makes using components not worth it.

    I'm going to yield on this to a few others to look at. I haven't seen a way yet myself to allow for responsive vertical alignment to this degree. I would have expected the vertical line spacing between the text elements to allow for line-height change. It doesn't appear to do that.
