Craft Manager - "Unable to Load Prototypes"

I've been seeing the below message for 2 days now. I'm on macOS High Sierra and Craft Manager v1.0.69. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Hi Anurag,

Thanks for reaching out here in Community and apologies for the inconvenience

To confirm, the issue is no projects are being displayed in the drop down list via Craft Sync, correct? If so, via Craft Manager click the cogwheel on the top right and sign out and back in. Once you have done this, please retest and let me know if you are still encountering this issue.

If you continue to encounter this issue, can you please provide the following information?:

     1. What version of Sketch are you using?
     2. Can you please provide a screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview?
     3. What version of Craft Sync are you using?

Look forward to hearing from you,

Shaina

Hi Shaina,

I had done everything besides that (restart, update, reinstall, etc), so obviously signing out/in did the trick :)
Appreciate the quick response!

Thanks,
Anurag

I am also running into this issue, however, I'm unable to click the cog to sign out because the Craft dialog is stuck on the screen where I should be able to select a prototype. None of my prototypes are listed, though, and the "Create New" link doesn't work either so I can't proceed. This has happened multiple times, and isn't fixed by quitting Sketch or restarting my computer.

Thanks!

Hi Emily,

I apologize for the frustration that this issue must be causing for you. As a next step in troubleshooting, can you please provide some additional information:

  1. A screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview
  2. The version of Craft Manager that you're currently running
  3. A screenshot displaying the issue you're encountering and any error messages that you might be receiving
  4. The version of Sketch that you're using

Look forward to hearing from you,

Shaina
