Do not receive messages on icloud.com mail
I used to be good, but recently I did not receive messages from invision (notification)
I apologize for the delay in response as I've been working with a member of our team to look into this. Are you receiving these emails on a server other than "icloud.com mail"? We are seeing that you are receiving and opening our emails.
However, I would like for our Support team to do some investigative work with you here to see why these emails aren't hitting your iCloud mail. I will open a ticket on your behalf. Please look for a message from the Support team soon.
