Can't sync Sketch file to Invision using Craft sync

I'm trying to sync my art boards in Sketch to Invision using craft but I keep getting the following error messages -

Also even though craft shows it as being updated now it is not reflecting on Invision which still shows updated 4 days ago.

Please help!

Hi Damayanti,

I'm sorry to hear that you're running into this issue! Can I please gather a few additional details to troubleshoot this further:

     1. What version of the Craft "Sync and Prototype" plugin are you using?
     2. Do you see the same error if you copy your artboards to a new sketch file and then attempt to sync?

Look forward to hearing from you,

Shaina

Thanks for writing back Shaina.

I'm using Craft version 1.0.46.

I did try copying the artboards to a new file but instead of syncing, it added all the files making it a duplicate...plus there are additional screens there that I did not sync.. :(

Hi Damayanti,

Thanks for providing that information. It appears as if you are on an outdated version of the Craft "Sync and Prototype" plugin. You can view the latest versions of Craft Manager, and all Craft plugins here for reference.

Can you please try updating your Craft Manager and Craft plugins using the following steps?:

     1. Click the Craft icon in the MacOS menu bar, to the left of the clock.
     2. Click the cogwheel at the top right of the Craft Manager window, and choose Preferences.
     3. View the version number located in the window that opens, and click Check for Updates.

Please also make sure that you have Automatic Updates toggled on for your Craft plugins by:

     1. Click the Craft icon in the MacOS menubar.
     2. Click the cogwheel at the top right and choose Preferences.
     3. Under Settings, check or uncheck the option Automatically update plugins.

Once you have updated your Craft Manager and Craft plugins, please let me know if you continue to encounter the same issues described above.

Look forward to hearing from you,

Shaina

Hey Shaina,

Thank you for the detailed advice. I did update the software and it is working better now. However, one issue that remains is the fact that even when I select the specific artboards to sync, there are a few additional ones that get synced automatically.
