I propose to introduce a master colors. They can be added to the palette under the name of the master color with the ability to name the color and change the color code in the future. A similar method is used in less css.
This method will avoid using masks with color for recolor elements, which in my opinion is not the most successful solution and causes export problems in some cases.
Thank you for your attention and sorry for the bad english! Have a nice day!

You're English is excellent, Peter! We look forward to hearing more from you here in Community.

If anybody else would like to add their feedback about this potential feature, please fill out a ticket with Support here detailing the feature you are looking for.
(P.S. Lala - Thanks for keeping us in the loop!)
Agree with this notion, however, any "master" colors should come from Design System Manager.
Hi Sean,
Thanks so much for adding your feedback in regards to this feature. It appears as if our Support team is tracking a separate feature request for setting global, or "master", colors in Design System Manager.
I will open a ticket on your behalf to track your vote for this functionality. Please look for a message confirming your vote soon.
Thanks,
Shaina
Hi. Just wondering if there's been any progress on this feature? I've just started working with Studio. I notice that there are 'global colors', but there doesn't seem to be a way to edit them. I agree with Peter that masking coloured blocks isn't really a substitute for colour swatches that you can edit to make colour changes globally.
Hi Kal,
Thanks for reaching out here in Community about this potential feature. It appears as if we are still tracking interest for the ability to set custom global color swatches in Studio.
That being said, I'm happy to open a ticket on your behalf to track you interest for this feature. Keep an eye out for an email confirming that we've formally tracked your feedback.
I apologize that I don't have a better update for you at this time. Thanks for hanging in there!
Have a wonderful day,
Shaina
Thanks Shaina. Being able to make global design changes throughout a project is clearly a core goal of the Studio software, since there's such a big focus on reusable components. But the glaring omissions here (coming from a background in design and all things Adobe) are (1) editable global color swatches and (2) text styles. So I'd encourage the team not to wait around for enough people to tell you it's an omission—get in there and make Studio really shine in this area!
On a more positive note, Studio really does shine in so many other ways, as does your support team. I've had a few questions and suggestions since discovering Studio, and I'm not sure I can remember ever encountering a more pleasant, patient and helpful group of support people. 😊
Hi Kal,
We greatly appreciate your continued feedback on how to continue improving Studio! I noticed that you have also already opened a ticket to add your interest for supporting text styles in Studio. Thank you very much for doing this.
Your kind words about both Studio and our Support team have completely made my day! It's so nice to hear that from our customers and we really do care about each and every one of you being heard.
We’re constantly working on improvements, and we greatly value opinions like yours. Part of my job is to take important threads from Community to meetings with relevant Product Managers to discuss the struggles our customers are having. I will be sure to raise your requests in my next meeting with the Studio Project Managers.
We agree that using InVision should be seamless and enjoyable, and we are constantly working to break down barriers in design. Hearing from customers like you is what helps make InVision products better each day. Thanks again for adding your feedback about Studio improvements.
Have a great day,
Shaina
Any update on this?
The lack of integration of your Studio with the DSM is a bummer. I'm making research of UX/UI tools for my project and this aspect is pushing away your solution.
I really want to see the full package of what InVision have to offer working in the Windows platform. For now, I believe most designers are using Studio in conjunction of another solution, and this is far from ideal.
Hi Matheus,
I don't have an update on this feature request. However, we are currently tracking interest for this, and the product managers are aware of the tracking. If you’d like to add your vote for this feature, please contact Support here and voice your opinion! I apologize that I don't yet have more news on Studio and DSM but please keep an eye on the InVision blog for updates on that.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Beth
Stil no updates?
Master colors, that update all elements using them would be such a great feature which would help making changes more quickly.
