Sync Craft Problem

I am syncing 2 artboards from Sketch with 'Sync' button to inVision. However after updating the project I can just see 1 artboard in inVision. 

Here is the screenshot what appears when I click on 'sync' button in Sketch:

Please can you help me with this?

Can you please confirm what versions of Craft Manager and Craft Sync you are using? You can find these numbers by using the instructions here.

-Craft Manager: v1.0.60(91)
-Craft Syn: 2.3.71

Hi Kasia,

When syncing your artboards, are you clicking the Sync plugin icon with no artboards selected? By doing this, it should sync all artboards.

However, if you click the Sync plugin icon on the right hand side of Sketch, and have just one of your artboards selected, only the selected artboards will be published. View the number of artboards being published from within the publish dialog.

Hi Shaina, 

I have been struggling with lagging and failing Craft sync from Sketch for a couple weeks now. So much that I have opted to export and upload because it seems so unreliable. However now I am dependent on Sync functionality so that developers can see the attributes of the design - with the Inspect feature, which is unavailable from image upload. 

Craft Sync 1.0.74 (127)

Tools / Sync + Prototype 2.3.109

MacBook Pro - Mac OS HiHG Sierra Version 10.13.6 


Can you help!?

Sorry to hear that you're running into issues with syncing your projects when using Craft Sync. To help determine what might be going on here, can you please also provide the following information?:

     1. The version of Sketch you're running.
     2. A screenshot or screencast displaying the issues you're facing.
     3. A screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview.
     4. A screenshot of any error messages that you might be receiving.
