How would you use Key Performance Indicators to inform a design? Looking for answers from people who've done it before and newbies with ideas :)
Hi Caitlin ツ
UIE did an interesting article on this area - https://articles.uie.com/power_of_ux_kpi/ - focused more on UX-related KPIs but also relevant in many ways to design.
The Google H.E.A.R.T. framework - https://library.gv.com/how-to-choose-the-right-ux-metrics-for-your-product-5f46359ab5be - is also a useful reference in this area.
Also seen quite a few folks recently looking more towards OKRs rather then KPIs for design related objective tracking. This article - https://www.wrike.com/blog/kpis-vs-okrs-compare-need-successful/ - offers a useful overview.
Hope this helps ツ
You sold me with a Jared Spool article - he's a pro! Thanks!
