Craft Sync Update and Symbols

Hello,

After updating to 2.3.63, when I sync to Invision, the symbols are no longer how they appear in Sketch. For example:

  1. I have the background color of a symbol set to Include in Export and in Instances, yet after syncing with Craft the background color disappears.
    Left: Sketch / Right: Invision


  2. Whenever I sync an artboard with symbols overrides, the symbol changes back to its default in Invision.
    Left: Sketch / Right: Invision

This issue makes my Invision prototype appear very different than my Sketch files and has caused me to loose a whole day of work. Please fix or allow me to go back to the previous version of Craft sync.

I'm having similar issues, background colours are not included in export even though they are checked, also text is wrapping differently between sketch and invision

I'm having exactly the same issue: this is quite hard to fix on my end as I would need to break every symbol before exporting it to get accurate results. Could you please update me if there's any progress on this?

Updating the craft manager app fixed a lot of the issues for me

Hi Dario,

Can you please confirm that you're on the latest versions of our products as we've had a number of updates recently? Please check to see that you're running Craft Manager (1.0.55) and Craft Sync (2.3.63) by using this Help Article for instructions. If an update is required please process and test to sync to see if the issue continues.  

If you are up to date and the issue still continues, please let me know.

After updating Sketch to 49.1 and updating Craft, my two issues are resolved.
