Craft Sync hotspot issues

This issue is slightly different from the other Craft Sync issues I've found on this forum. My hotspots all sync when I need them to, but sometimes, their positioning is off when I try to click through the prototype. I've found that generally re-syncing or reloading the page fix it, but I was wondering if there were any other fixes or reasons why this might be happening?

Hi Maia,

Thanks so much for reaching out regarding this issue! This could be related to the export density and sync density you have set for these screens. If you are syncing via 1x, and then transition to 2x etc., this will change the screens themselves, but will not alter the hotspots, which can cause shifting like you've described. When syncing using Craft Sync, you can double check this in your settings here:

Another thing to note is that if you are using a hotspot template to apply the same hotspot(s) to all screens, then all your screens must be the same exact size. Hotspots are based on a simple x/y location. So if there's a difference in WxL of your images, the hotspots would vary between screens.

If neither of these things seem to be the case, please let me know, and I would be happy to dive deeper into your specific issue.
