Hello,I have installed several time Craft Plugins. But I had no Craft manager.I have not any plugins in Photoshop but the sync.What have i do wrong?Thank you for your help.
Sorry to hear that you're unable to find Craft Manager. A couple of things to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Please note that Craft Manager only supports the following Photoshop versions: PhotoshopCC 2015.5 and later. Are you using a supported version?

Unfortunately, going forward, with the exception of Craft Sync, the rest of the Craft suite of plugins will only be available for macOS. You’re welcome to continue using the current version of the other Craft plugins for as long as you’d like, but no further updates to the Windows version will be released and it may stop working with future updates to Photoshop.
If you have the most up to date version of Craft Manager, the reason above may be why it is not working. Has Craft Manager worked for you in the past?
Hello Shaina,It's the first time I use Craft...It's really sad that the other plugin or Craft Manager are not longer available.Why this choice?
We released Craft as an experiment and the response has been amazing. We’ve received a wide variety of feedback and have been tracking usage based on operating system and product. Based on that data, we’ve had to face a hard reality: Windows usage of the plugin was so low and the impact it has on the development of Craft so high that it no longer makes sense to continue developing Craft for Windows. Going forward, Craft will only be available for OS X. You’re welcome to continue using the current version of Craft for as long as you’d like, but no further updates to the Windows version will be released and it may stop working with future updates to Photoshop.Unfortunately, that does mean that the new Craft Manager and Styles plugin are unavailable for Windows. I would be glad to open a ticket on your behalf to add your interest in Windows support and pass your feedback along to our Product team.
You may also want to try the instructions under "WHY WON’T CRAFT AUTOMATICALLY INSTALL FOR PHOTOSHOP IN OS X?" in this documentation to see if you can get Craft Manager to work on your operating system as a potential workaround. The only difference is that you will need to find the "plug-ins" folder on your PC.

I have Window 10 and ran into this same problem. On my window, there are multiple accounts. In order for me to succesfully install Sync, I had to be given administrative permission. I.e. if your account is not set as Administrator, it would not work. In my case, I had to be assigned as Admin and then run installer as administrator. It worked that way.
