Problems with Samsung S8 and Invision

When I use the invision app on a mobile phone - samsung s8, the icons and pictures are blurry. The settings in sketch are set to 2x. When I look at the sae screen in a samsung s7, the resolution is fine and the icons and pictures are not blurry for the same artboard. 

what is going on?

 

also has anyone noticed problems with syncing. I have 6 artboards but see only 4 when I pull up he invision app even though all active artboards (6) were told to be synced. I am using Craft for all my syncing and uploads. 

 

seems like invision has a lot of bugs???

There seem to be a lot of bugs. Only way is to delete project and keep uploading again and again! This gets old very fast. Additionally, I want to know how to account for samsung s8 navigation (this new phone has the back and home and other buttons on the screen itself, not on the bezel anymore). Therefore is there a seeing to account for this in invision or in sketch? This will keep happening as phones are moving away from hardware buttons and instead have buttons in the screen, not on the bezel.

People, if you are using the invision android app, you HAVE to login and logout and then login again to see your sync changes.

For any others experiencing the second problem above, Vinu and our Tier 2 Support team found that you must to logout and log back in again to see your changes if you are using the InVision Android App. Additionally, make your artboard a height of 670px, if you have bottom navigation, to account for the Samsung Galaxy S8 default phone navigation on the screen itself now which is not on the bezel like Samsung Galaxy S7.
