Craft sync not working after update 48.1

Hello all, 

 

I am trying to sync my boards using craft but it's freezing on processing symbol and hang the sketch application . 

 

 

CraftManager 1.0.43 is currently the newest version available.

Same, my Sketch gets hanged up on "exporting assets"... so the screen right after the one linked above. It was working fine up until a few days ago, and now I have a team dependent on Inspect to get the files, and I can't sync anything, really troubling how this got overlooked.

Ok so after some troubleshooting I pinpointed my troublemaker. I had an icon exporting out as an SVG, and it was crashing Sketch upon export. This may not even be a Craft issue as my problem has been resolved by removing that icon. I am not sure what about it was bad, but it did include several masks within it which may be the culprit.

Having the same issue as originally reported here. Trying to sync a screen that used to sync through Craft but now it's getting stuck after processing the symbols. I'm using a linked sketch library as well. 

Also, running version 48.2.

I'm having the same problem. But I've tried to remove some symbols form the artboard, it worked...Those symbols are form the library file I linked.

I can't lose those icons!!!Help!!

The InVision team was able to help me on this. For me, there were certain text layers where the paragraph spacing had become corrupted, possibly while cutting and pasting from another sketch file. The field displayed "NaN" instead of a number value. I had to comb through each text layer and change it back to a number value to resolve it. Took awhile, but it resolved the issue.

it's been a while i live with this issue and it's not fixed yet..

it's really frustrating and time consuming..

I'm having the same issue. Won't even sync an empty artboard. Sketch keeps freezing up.

Hi Angela,

So sorry to hear that you're also experiencing this issue. Can you please confirm what versions of Sketch and Craft you are using?

It appears as if this issue has been resolved for several others by updating to the most recent versions of Sketch and Craft. You can check your Craft version by clicking the C icon (top OS X menu bar), click the cogwheel icon (top right), select "Preferences", and click 'check for updates' as seen here.

In my case, my Sketch and Craft "sketch tools" were up to date but not for Craft itself.
That was a bottleneck.
I mistook that Craft "sketch tools" was up to date for that Craft was.
