Can't sync Sketch file to Invision using Craft sync

I've created a file in Sketch and I'm trying to upload it to Invision and it's not letting me. The message I am getting is:

I already have the plugin. Why is it asking me to download it and install it again?

I have uploaded a file before to another project (Boligvelger) and it worked (to my colleague's account  - Bruce).

I'm using Sketch version 47.1.

Now I want to create a Version 2 and not overlay version 1 (Boligvelger).  He has created a project  in Invision and named it BGMobilPProto2. We want to upload to this new project.

We are not seeing the new project on the Craft Sync dialog box.

Is it because we are using trial version of both Sketch and Invision?

How can I make the sync work to the the new project?

Thanks!

    Hey there!

From what you've said, it sounds like the issue may be that you're on a Team plan but your coworker has added the project to their personal account instead of the Team bucket, which would result in the prototype not appearing in the list.

If that's incorrect, let me know and I'll open a ticket with our Support team on your behalf so we can get to the bottom of this!

    Thanks!

    Hi Beth,

    Thank for the response :)

Do we have to sign up to the Enterprise Plan to work as a team? If so, is there a trial thing for the Enterprise Plan? We'd like to take this machine for a test drive and see if it's a proper solution for us first before we make a commitment.

    Thanks!

    Hey there,

In order to work with the Team plan, you need a Team account. See a description of all Consumer plans here, and here's how to go about setting up a Team.
