can't install craft in window 10 when update photoshop

Hi

I tried to update the photoshop from 2017 to 2018, after that I got error msg from craft installer

I have the same problem.

 

Updated Photoshop to the latest version CC 2018 and the Sync panel became white and no-responsive. When I tried to reinstall I got the same "Please install the latest Adobe Photoshop version before running the installer." error message.
