Craft sync not working

The plugin that I installed is active on my MacBook but I am unable to open Sketch documents into InVision. Is there something I'm missing here?

    Hi Asif, welcome! It sounds like you may not yet have Craft Sync set up after you've successfully installed Craft. Once you're logged into your InVision account in Craft Sync, you'll then be able to sync your artboards from Sketch to prototypes right into InVision. I recommend checking out our Help Center article, Introduction to Craft Sync, to learn how. 

    Let us know if you're still having trouble after giving those steps a try.

    Hi Elizabeth,

    when I sync the selected dartboards, the spinners spins but the the dartboard and changes never make to invision,
    not sure if it’s to do with the file size of something missing from the Library??

    hoping you can help

    I'm also having issues syncing using the photoshop plugin.  It's an issue when uploading @2x.

    Hi - I am also having issues syncing with craft library - My colleague in the same Invision team has created an asset library but when i import that library none of her assets appear in my library
