Show color name in CSS

Developers have styles set up like this:
$apple: #35B845;

Craft plugin for Sketch has document color palette with same color name and hex values.

After Sync, CSS only shows hex values in Inspect mode:
background-color: #35B845;

Result: Developers must manually look up every color name.

It would be more efficient to get color name from CSS, either by bringing both color name and its hex value across from Sketch, or as an option in Inspect/Format Settings.

    Hey Scott! Welcome to the InVision Community. You make a great point - this is certainly a way that we can improve your experience and workflow in Craft. While it's not yet a feature, this something that our Product team is tracking.

    I'm going to open a ticket on your behalf so we can add your vote to this suggestion. Thanks so much!

    Hello any news on this? would be nice to either show colour names from the craft plugin library or even better show the shared style name in the inspect window.

    Count me in!

    Our developer asked me if it is possible to get "names" back rather than Hex codes. Because I already put a lot of time and effort to the style-guide and he now has to switch back to the style guide every time a color is added.

    Pretty please :)

    Edit:

    Imagine making a button with a background color, border-color and font color, would be awesome to see what predefined colors are used (with their names) which are bound to the style-guide.

    This would definitely would be beneficial for those who have to map layer names to a specific object or property value that is not inclusive to the current code format options.
