Using Google Font 'Open Sans' with inVision

I am using google's font 'Open Sans' in my design mockups I am creating in Sketch. I am using Craft to transfer my mockups from Sketch to inVision but when I look at the inVision side of things its changing the font to .SN NS Display. This is changing the font as well as the font weight. I am unsure if its possible to work around this? Am I going to have to change my font completely?

I'm having this same issue with the font Bebas Neue.

Shaina, has there been any formal acknowledgement from Craft or Invision of this issue? If so, what is the current status?

Eric it seems to be a problem when using symbols in your designs. I have to detach everything from their symbols before sending it over to InVision or else I lose my fonts. Same thing unfortunately seems to happen with styling. If I used symbols the styling for them is distorted when brought over to InVision.

Hi Eric and Ashley,

Sorry to hear that this continues to be a problem for each of you.

Ashley -  Last I saw, you had notified our Support team that you had found a workaround for this issue. However, it sounds like this is still proving to be a problem for you. Would you like me to open a ticket on your behalf again so that they can investigate the issue further?

Eric - Our Support team was notified of this issue when Ashley initially reported it. However, we are in need of additionally information in order to get to the bottom of what might be causing this issue. Can you please provide the following information to help out our Support team?:

     1. What operating system are you using? Please provide a screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview of Microsoft version.
     2. What version of Sketch are you using?
     3. What version of the Craft plugins are you using?
     4. Could you provide a screenshot showing what’s going wrong? It sounds like this might be happening while viewing the prototype in Inspect, is that correct?

Look forward to hearing from each of you and getting you some answers.

Have a great day,

Shaina

Hello,

I'm having the same issue. We use Open Sans in our shared library for all of our text symbols, and for whatever reason, .SF NS Display subs itself into random symbols when we upload the prototypes and try to Inspect them. The symbol is correctly displayed at the top-right, but the font listed is wrong.

On my mac: Catalina 10.15.7
Sketch:Version 69.2 (107504)
Craft:1.0.103

Hello, I'm running into this same issue today. I'm using macOS Big Sur Version 11.5.2, Sketch Version 76.1 (130273), Craft Manager Version 1.0.115.

When I upload artboards that are using Open Sans, it shows up as .SF NS Display. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my Open Sans.
