I just started having this issue on Photoshop CC today (4/20/18). It was working fine this morning but now it just spins forever and I never get the screen saying it is translating. The image does show up in inVision but the code inspector doesn't work. It just says "Inspect your PSD's (Coming Soon).

Hi Lee,

I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles with Craft for Photoshop. Within Photoshop are you able to navigate to the sync plug in via Window -> Extensions -> Sync?

If the issue continues can you please provide the following information:

     1. What version of Photoshop are you using?
     2. What version of Craft Manger are you on?
     3. What version of the Craft Sync plugin are you using?
(For help finding which Craft plugin versions you're currently using or to check for updates, please read this guide.)

In regards to the "Inspect your PSD's (Coming Soon)" message you are receiving, have you opted to upload PNGs? If so, this could be the issue. When you sync via Craft it digs into all the little details of the file and uploads it into InVision, however when uploading a PNG these details are lost in the process which results in the inspect data being unavailable.

I look forward to your response.

Cheers,

Shaina

Hi Lee,

I was notified by one of our team members that you replied to the email notification of my post with your version numbers, saying:

"Hello Shaina,

I am able to navigate to the sync plug in and my versions are as follows:

Adobe Photoshop Version: 19.1.3 20180323.r.293 2018/03/23: 1163761 x64 Windows
Craft Version 2.0.52

Im not sure what you mean when you ask what version of Craft Manager I'm on. I'm also not sure where I would opt to upload png's. It seems to work fine except for the artboard I submitted. I tried that artboard from a larger multi-artboard project and from the smaller file that I attached previously.

Thank you,

Lee"

I apologize for not also asking for your operating system information. Since you are running Windows, you will only have Craft Sync, and no Craft Manager. With the exception of Craft Sync, the rest of the Craft suite of plugins is only available for macOS.

I notice that you have already opened a ticket with our Support team in regards to this issue. I have notified them of your comment here in Community, and they will be able to further assist you on this matter. Please look for message from them soon.

Best,

Shaina
