Cant sync Craft with Sketch

I have Craft installed on my MAC, 

Everytime I press "Install" Im getting this error:

Error installing Freehand: Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=4 "“Freehand.sketchpanel” couldn’t be moved to “Panels” because either the former doesn't exist, or the folder containing the latter doesn't exist."

Our Support team found that this error message was remedied with a deep uninstall of Craft. If you also see this error message, please follow these steps:

  1. Close Craft Manager (by clicking into the "C" > clicking the gear icon > choosing Close).
  2. Go into Sketch, and navigate to Plugins ➝ Manage Plugins.
  3. In the pop-up modal, select Craft by InVision Labs, and click the gear icon in the lower left and select the uninstall option. This will move some items to the trash.
  4. Quit Sketch entirely.
  5. Open the Activity Monitor (via Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor), and then force quit the Craft Manager and Panels (if applicable) processes.
  6. Open Spotlight and search for ~/Library/Application Support/
  7. Delete the com.invisionlabs.CraftManager folder, the com.invisionlabs.CraftManager.json file, the com.invisionlabs.CraftInstaller folder, and the CraftManagerfolder.
  8. Open the com.bohemiancoding.sketch3 folder.
  9. Delete the Panels folder (if applicable). Please note that these steps will remove any custom Type or Photos items you’ve created in Craft Data. If you'd like to preserve those, please go to ~/Library/Application Support/com.bohemiancoding.sketch3/Panels/.settings and back up the file "com.invisionlabs.data."
  10. Open the Plugins folder.
  11. Delete the Panels.sketchplugin file (if applicable).
  12. Navigate to the Downloads folder.
  13. Search for craftinstaller and delete any files that deal with the Craft Installation process.
  14. In Applications or the folder in which you installed Craft Manager, delete CraftManager.app.
  15. Empty the Trash.
  16. Go to https://craft-assets.invisionapp.com/CraftManager/production/CraftManager.zip and unzip the CraftManager
  17. Drag and drop the Craft Manager app into your computer's "Applications" folder or the folder of your choice before launching it.
  18. Open Craft Manager and then install Craft for Sketch.
  19. If you had backed up the "com.invisionlabs.data" file before performing these steps: launch Sketch now in order to rebuild the ` ~/Library/Application Support/com.bohemiancoding.sketch3/Panels/.settings ` directory. Then, place the backed up "com.invisionlabs.data" file in the ".settings" folder and restart Sketch to restore your custom Type & Photos items.

I just downloaded the Craft plugin on my MAC unzipped it and tried to open the application but nothing happens.

Hi Yanan,

Can you try rebooting your Mac and giving it another try? If that doesn't solve the issue, I would recommend trying a manual install of Craft. For more information on how to do so check here. Let me know if that doesn't solve the issue!

Hi, I am trying to sync sketch with craft, when it asks for the log in for invision it fails every time telling me it's an invalid email and password combination. Only thing is I've just logged into Invision with it so I know it's correct. I've also tried multiple times. I've tried quitting out of craft, logging out of invision and trying the process over and over with nothing.  Any idea what this could be or how to remedy it?

All of a sudden my Craft plugin stopped working. When I select the option to sync in Sketch, Sketch blinks and nothing happens. Outside of Sketch, the Craft icon will disappear from my iOS top navigation bar. This icon will re-appear if I open the Sketch plugin from my Applications. If I attempt to use any of the other features from Craft then it will not sync with Invision.

I have already lost an hour attempting to delete and reinstall several times. I cannot get through to support and I am getting really frustrated. You may layer that frustration on top of not having functional form fields for testing.

I feel getting this. It is pretty vague, so I can't diagnose the cause.

 

Usually this problem will go away when I log out and log back into the Craft panel. The downside is, I have no idea how to log out of the craft panel, the system usually prompt me.

In order to logout of Craft Sync, click the cogwheel at the top right of your Craft Sync plugin in Sketch to open the settings modal. From here, you’ll be able to log out, change the export density of your screens, or send us feedback.

Hi, I am trying to sync sketch with craft, when it asks for the log in for invision it fails every time!!!!

Only with my username, the system does not allow logging.
What is the problem? How can I solve it urgently?

This is a reoccurring problem. When it occurs there is no cog to sign out and back in.

 

I have checked CraftManager and it says everything is up to date.

 

Suggestions?

I'm having the same issues as Victor above. When I try to sync any files sketch just blinks. I can't click on the sync button to select a prototype. I get an error message to save my files, which I do but then I still can't click / sync. 

 

I've uninstalled and re installed multiple times and I am up to date in sketch and craft. I've closed and re opened I've restarted my mac. I'm trying to get the team to switch to sketch / invision but this is not helping.
