Reverting to a previous version
At any time, you can revert to a previous version of your library. When you do so, the draft updates to reflect your selected version.
Note: Before reverting to an earlier version, note that any changes made to the draft will be lost. If you've made changes that you don't want to lose, publish your draft before reverting to a previous version.
To revert to a previous version:
- Sign in to the DSM website and open your design system.
- At the top-left of the page, next to the system name, click the version drop down.
- Click Version history.
- To the right of the preferred version, click the ••• menu and select Revert to this version.
- To confirm, click Revert.
At the top of the page, there will be a notification that the draft has been reverted to a previous version. To view the updated draft, click View draft.
Deleting a version
At any time, you can delete a version of your design system. Be aware that this action is permanent. You cannot recover a deleted version.
Only design system admins and editors can delete a design system.
To delete a design system:
- Sign in to the DSM website and open your design system.
- At the top-left of the page, next to the system name, click the version drop down.
- From the version list, hover over a system and click the ••• more icon.
- Click Delete.
- To confirm, click Delete again.
