What is changing?
As a result of changes to our billing system, invoices for V6 non-enterprise plans generated before April 22, 2020 will no longer be available after Sept 1, 2021.
This change does not affect invoices generated after April 22, 2020.
How can I obtain my invoices?
For invoices generated after April 22, 2020:
To obtain invoices generated after April 22, 2020, access them in the Invoice History section of your account.
For invoices generated before April 22, 2020:
Invoices generated prior to April 22, 2020 are no longer available in the Invoice History section of your account.
To obtain invoices generated before April 22, 2020, please submit a request before Sept 1, 2021. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests submitted after this date.
