When choosing the board share settings for a public share link in InVision V7, you'll want to know details about each option.
Get familiar with public share link settings
When creating a public share link for a board, you'll see the following settings in the Share dialog:
| Disable all downloads | Viewers won't be allowed to download any board items |
| Require a password | Share link viewers must enter a password to view the board |
Update your public share link settings
Settings that you have enabled are indicated by a checkmark (
).
To change public share link settings for your document:
- Open the document and click the green Share button.
- Click the Public tab of the share dialog.
- At the bottom of the dialog, click Update public link settings.
- Change the settings as wanted and click Done.
