InVision Learn is where you will find learning resources for InVision products, soft skills, and your path to design maturity. The following are some common questions you may have regarding InVision Learn.

How do I sign in?

To sign in to InVision Learn, navigate to learn.invisionapp.com. At the top right, click Sign in. Use your InVision account credentials (email and password) to complete the sign-in process.

How do I update my email address?

The sign-in credentials (email and password) for InVision Learn are the same credentials you use to sign in to your InVision account. Learn how to update your InVision email address.

How do I change or reset my password?

As previously mentioned, the sign-in credentials (email and password) for InVision Learn are the same credentials you use to sign in to your InVision account. Learn how to change your InVision password. You can also reset a forgotten password.

What are the minimum system requirements?

For desktop devices, we support the two most recent major releases of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft browsers (includes Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer).

For mobile devices, we support the two most recent major releases of Safari (iOS) and Chrome (Android).

How do I take notes in a course?

To take notes in a course:

  1. Open a course and select a lesson.
  2. At the bottom of the left-hand Lessons outline, click Notes.
  3. In the text box that appears, add your note and click Save Note.

Any time you open the Notes section for a specific course, all the notes will appear in a list format where you can edit, delete, or print the notes.

How do I bookmark a page?

You can bookmark any page within a course, and that page will appear at the bottom of the My Dashboard page in the Bookmarks tab.

To bookmark a page within a course, navigate to the top right of the page and click the bookmark icon. Edit the note, choose a new or existing folder, and click Save.

How do I download course materials?

Some courses may have additional resources that are available for download. In the left-hand course navigation, click Resources, then select a category. From that page, you’ll be able to access additional course resources to view or download.

How do I contact the instructor?

Certain courses will have an instructor that you can contact. To do so, open the course and, at the bottom of the left-hand navigation, click Ask Question. In the pop-up modal, type a subject and message to the instructor and click Send Message.

If you don’t see this option, that specific course does not have an instructor.

How do I start a new course?

To start a new course, simply sign in to InVision Learn and navigate to either the Explore or Catalog pages. From there, click any course you want to begin. Started courses will appear on the My Dashboard page.

Can I take more than one course at a time?

Yes, you can take as many simultaneous courses as you’d like.

Do I have to be online at a specific time?

You can start, stop, and continue a course at any time. They are available to you 24 hours a day.

How do I access my courses?

To access your courses, sign in and navigate to the My Dashboard page. From there, you can continue a course you have already started or view any other courses that are available to you.

How do I troubleshoot audio or video issues?

If you are experiencing audio or video issues, we recommend checking your internet connection, clearing your browser’s cache, or trying a different supported browser. All videos are hosted by Wistia. Learn more about troubleshooting playback with Wistia.
