InVision will be undergoing planned maintenance on Wednesday, April 22nd at 5am EDT. We anticipate maintenance will be completed by Friday, April 24th at 11am EDT. Our apologies for any inconvenience this poses.

During this planned maintenance, please follow please follow our status page or @InVisionSupport on Twitter for any updates if necessary.

Customer Impact: During this maintenance window, most of InVision will remain operational. However, our self serve users would not be able to perform changes to their plan, or make payments on InVision V6 Platform. Users who are attempting to make changes to their plan or perform billing updates to their account will receive a message advising that the service is undergoing planned maintenance. 

This maintenance will impact our V6 customers who are on one of InVision's self serve plans. Our Enterprise customers, including Private Cloud, will not be impacted by this maintenance. 

Studio publishing, Craft Sync, Design System Manager, the InVision iOS app, and the InVision Android app will function normally during this maintenance window. All billing updates to InVision self serve plans should not be performed during this window.

Note: This will not impact InVision V7 customers, Enterprise customers, Private Cloud customers.
