In addition to publishing artboards to InVision V7 as a prototype, designers can use Craft Sync to publish artboards as a spec—the latest InVision V7 document type, which is tailored solely for design to development collaboration.

To sync artboards from Sketch to InVision V7 as a new spec:
- Select the artboards you want to sync, and then click the Craft Sync icon ().
- In the Craft Manager modal, below Publish To, click Spec Beta.
- Click Create new, and enter a name for the spec.
- Choose either All artboards on page or Selected artboards, and then click the Advanced dropdown and update the settings as wanted.
- Click Publish.
Once you've synced the spec, you're ready to open it in InVision V7—where you'll add the spec overview, comments, and other details your developers need.
