Get familiar with public share link settings
When creating a public share link to a prototype, the following settings are available:
Enable hotspot hinting | Prototype viewers will see hotspot hints when they click the screen of a desktop prototype, or touch the screen of a mobile or watch prototype. |
Enable commenting | Prototype viewers can see and leave comments. |
Hide InVision UI |
Hide the InVision toolbar typically seen at the bottom of the InVision console, so that only the prototype is visible. Hiding the InVision UI prevents viewers from commenting or accessing screens via the thumbnail tray. |
Enable arrow key navigation |
Users can navigate through the prototype screens by pressing the |
Enable password protection |
Require viewers to enter a password defined by you before they can access the prototype. It's not currently possible to share freehands or specs as public share links. Therefore, it's also not possible to share these document types as password-protected public share links. |
Delete public share link |
Click Delete link to prevent anyone who had a copy of the link from accessing the document. |
Update your public share link settings
Settings that you have enabled are indicated by a checkmark ().
To change public share link settings for your document:
- Open the document and click the Share button at the top right corner.
- Click the Public tab in the share dialog.
- At the bottom of the dialog, click Update public link settings.
- Change the settings as wanted and click Done.
