There are several ways to quickly create Freehand documents from existing prototype screens.
Create a freehand from the web application
To create a freehand from a prototype:
- Sign in to your InVision account and navigate to the Documents page.
- Open the prototype you want to use as the basis for a Freehand document.
- Near the top right of the page—next to the Share button—click the cursor icon (
).
A new Freehand document will appear, pre-loaded with the screens from your prototype.


Create a freehand from Craft
If you have installed the Craft plugin for either Sketch or Photoshop, you have access to Craft Freehand, which allows you to turn any Photoshop or Sketch file into a Freehand document. To learn more, check out the respective articles:
