Customer Impact: During this maintenance window, InVision will need to be taken offline, and all services will be unavailable. Users accessing InVision's web application during the maintenance window will receive a message advising that the service is undergoing planned maintenance. All of our customers, with an exception of Private Cloud customers, will be impacted by this.
Studio publishing, Craft Sync, Design System Manager, the InVision iOS app, and the InVision Android app will also be unavailable during this maintenance window — users may experience errors when signing in to or attempting to utilize these products. All client meetings and work using InVision services during this timeframe should be rescheduled.
Note: This will not impact Private Cloud customers.
