How do I share my Enterprise Studio prototype?

Follow

This article is specific to Enterprise in InVision Cloud V6. If you're using Enterprise in Cloud V7, read this article instead. Not sure which version you're using? Find out now.

If you're on an Enterprise plan, it's possible to share your Studio prototype either publicly with stakeholders or privately with other members of your Enterprise organization. Note that at this time, it is not possible to password protect share links for Studio prototypes.

If you are not on an Enterprise plan, you can only share Studio prototypes publicly. To learn more, check out this article: Sharing Studio Prototypes

Privately sharing Studio prototypes

To privately share a Studio prototype with members of your Enterprise:

  1. Sign in to your InVision Cloud Enterprise account.
  2. Open the Studio prototype.
  3. At the top right of the page, click Share.
If you are viewing an individual screen, the Share button will appear at the bottom right of the page.
  4. At the top left of the modal that opens, click the Team tab.
  5. At the bottom of the modal, click Copy link.

Once the Enterprise member signs in, they will be able to view, inspect, and comment on the prototype.

Publicly sharing Studio prototypes

If you provide a public share link to your Studio prototype, anyone with the link will be able to view the prototype. However, if they are not signed in as a member of your Enterprise account, they will not be able to leave comments or inspect the prototype.

To publicly share a Studio prototype:

  1. Sign in to your InVision Cloud Enterprise account.
  2. Open the Studio prototype.
  3. At the top right of the page, click Share.
If you are viewing an individual screen, the Share button will appear at the bottom right of the page.
  4. At the top left of the modal that opens, click the Public tab.
  5. At the bottom of the modal, click Get public link.
  6. Again at the bottom of the modal, click Copy link.

You can now share that link with anyone you choose. If you need to revoke the link, click the Share button again, click the Public tab, and then click Delete link (as seen in the GIF above).
