With InVision Cloud V7, you can quickly add or move multiple documents to a specific space.
To move multiple documents to a space:
Sign in to your InVision Cloud V7 account and navigate to Documents page.
Hover over a document and click the ••• (more) icon.
Check the circle on each document you would like to move.
If you need to start over, navigate to the bottom left of the page and click Clear all.
At the bottom right of the page, click Move selection.
Choose the space you want to move the documents to, and click Move.
Additionally, you can perform this bulk-move action from the Home page or from a specific space (if all the documents you need to move are located in a single space, for example).
It’s also possible to add multiple documents to a space by clicking the large add button () within a space. In the modal that appears, click Add existing. Search for a document by name, and then select that document from the available list. Repeat that step for each document you want to add to the space. When finished, click Add.
