InVision Cloud V7: How do I change a member's role?

In InVision Cloud V7, you can change a team member's role at any time.

To perform this action, you must be an owner or admin [Enterprise role only] on the account.

To change a member's role:

  1. Sign in to your Cloud V7 account.
  2. At the top of the page, click Team.
  3. To the far right of the user's name, click the drop-down and select the appropriate role.

If you need to change multiple members' roles at once, the bulk editing feature makes it quick and painless.


To filter by specific user roles when searching for members of your team via the People tab, click the Roles drop-down (set to All roles by default) and select the appropriate role type:
