InVision Cloud V7: How do I change a member's role?

This article provides answers for InVision Cloud V7. If you’re on V6 of InVision, read this article instead. Not sure which version you're using? Find out now.

In InVision Cloud V7, you can change a team member's role at any time.

To perform this action, you must be an owner or admin on the account.

To change a member's role:

  1. Sign in to your Cloud V7 account.
  2. At the top of the page, click Team.
  3. Click the People tab.
  4. To the far right of the user's name, click the drop-down and select the appropriate role.

To filter by specific user roles when searching for members of your team via the People tab, click the Roles drop-down (set to All roles by default) and select the appropriate role type:
