How can I export all users on my Enterprise account?

Follow
This article is specific to Enterprise in InVision Cloud V6. This functionality does not yet exist in Cloud V7, but we hope to add it in the near future. Not sure which version you're using? Find out now.

Currently, there are two options for exporting users on an Enterprise account. You can export all users, or you can export all users by team.

To export users, you must be an admin or owner on the Enterprise account.

Exporting all users

To export a list of all users in your Enterprise:

  1. Sign in to your InVision Cloud Enterprise account.
  2. At the top of the home page, click People.
  3. On the right side of the People page, click the ••• (more) icon, and then click Export All Users.

InVision will generate a CSV file containing all users on the enterprise account.

Exporting all users by team

To export all users by team:

  1. Sign in to your InVision Cloud Enterprise account.
  2. At the top of the home page, click People.
  3. On the right side of the People page, click the ••• (more) icon, and then click Export Users By Team.

InVision will generate a CSV file containing all users on the enterprise account, broken down by team. The team field will be listed first, and users who are on multiple teams will be listed multiple times.

Export details

In the CSV file that is generated for export, you’ll notice the following details:

  • User ID: unique identifier in the system
  • Name: user's name
  • Email: user's email
  • Role: user's role in the Enterprise team
  • Last Seen: date when a user last used the system
This is a global value that applies to the user's account and does not necessarily mean that a user has signed into your Enterprise account.
  • User Added: the date when a user was added to the Enterprise team
  • City: last known location of the user
  • State: last known location of the user
  • Country: last known location of the user
  • Team memberships: Teams that the user belongs to in the Enterprise account
Each CSV column will represent a new team that user is a member of.
