Reviewing report details

When exporting user data reports for all users or for users by team, you'll find the following details included in the CSV file that's generated:

  • User ID: unique identifier in the system
  • Name: user's name
  • Email: user's email
  • Role: user's role in the Enterprise team
  • Last seen: the date when a user last used the system

Note: This is a global value that applies to the user's account and does not necessarily mean that a user has signed into your Enterprise account.

  • User added: the date when a user was added to the Enterprise team
  • City: last known location of the user
  • State: last known location of the user
  • Country: last known location of the user
  • Team memberships: Teams that the user belongs to in the Enterprise account

Note: Each CSV column will represent a new team that user is a member of.
