Managing Enterprise Billing

Enterprise accounts are invoiced via email, so you should have a record of invoices on the appointed billing contact in your Enterprise contract. If necessary, your Enterprise admin can update the appointed billing contact at any time.

Updating your Enterprise billing contact

Only admins can edit an Enterprise’s appointed billing contact.

To update the appointed billing contact for your Enterprise:

  1. Sign in to your InVision Enterprise dashboard.
  2. In the main navigation at the top of the page, click People.
    The People page will open with the Members tab active.
  3. To the left of the pink + button, click the ••• (More) menu icon and click Billing.
  4. Under Billing Contact, complete the form and click Save.

Updating your Enterprise billing details

Only admins can edit an Enterprise’s billing details.

To update the billing details for your Enterprise:

  1. Sign in to your InVision Enterprise dashboard.
  2. In the main navigation at the top of the page, click People.
    The People page will open with the Members tab active.
  3. To the left of the pink + button, click the ••• (More) menu icon and click Billing.
  4. Under Billing details on the right side of the page, click Review.
  5. Update your payment method as necessary.

If you’re trying to locate your billing information for your personal account, you’ll need to sign in to InVision via https://projects.invisionapp.com/ (rather than using your Enterprise URL). Once you’re signed in to your personal account, you can access your billing information via these steps.

Checking your Enterprise seat count

Only admins can edit an Enterprise’s billing details.

To see how many seats (members) your Enterprise is currently paying for:

  1. Sign in to your InVision Enterprise dashboard.
  2. In the main navigation at the top of the page, click People.
    The People page will open with the Members tab active.
  3. To the left of the pink + button, click the ••• (More) menu icon and click Billing.

 

Under Seat usage on the right side of the page, you’ll the number of seats reserved for your Enterprise:

  • Core seats: All admins, managers, and contributors
  • Reviewer seats: All other members
