How do I update my Enterprise billing details?


Only admins can edit an Enterprise’s billing details.

To update the billing details for your Enterprise:

  1. Sign in to your InVision Enterprise dashboard.
  2. In the main navigation at the top of the page, click People.
    The People page will open with the Members tab active.
  3. To the left of the pink + button, click the ••• (More) menu icon and click Billing.
  4. Under Billing details on the right side of the page, click Review.
  5. Update your payment method as necessary.

If you’re trying to locate your billing information for your personal account, you’ll need to sign in to InVision via (rather than using your Enterprise URL). Once you’re signed in to your personal account, you can access your billing information via these steps.
