How do I update my Enterprise billing details?

This article provides answers for Enterprise customers using InVision Cloud V6. If you’re an Enterprise customer on Cloud V7 of InVision, read this article instead. Not sure which version you're using? Find out now.

If you are an admin on an InVision Enterprise account, you can change your billing details at any time.

Only admins can edit an Enterprise’s billing details.

To update the billing details for your Enterprise account:

  1. Sign in to your InVision Enterprise account.
  2. At the top of the page, click People.
  3. To the right of the Teams tab, click the ••• (more) icon, and then select Billing.

  4. On the right side of the page under Billing details, click Review.

  5. Update your payment information and click Submit.

If you’re trying to locate the billing information for your personal account, you’ll need to sign in to InVision via https://login.invisionapp.com (rather than using your Enterprise URL). Once you’re signed in to your personal account, you can access your billing information via these steps.
