Why is my account locked?
As a security measure, InVision will lock your account and display an error message if too many incorrect sign-in attempts occur in a short period of time.

If you lock yourself out of your account, wait at least 1 hour, and then attempt to sign in again. If you are still having trouble or need urgent access, click the contact support link included in the warning message and enter the email address associated with your account.
You must contact support from the email address associated with your sign-in credentials.
