InVision DSM will be undergoing maintenance on Sunday, February 17th at 1:00 AM EST. We anticipate maintenance will be completed by 3:00 AM EST.

Customer Impact: This maintenance will impact the DSM web view and the DSM Sketch plugin. Other InVision services will not be impacted.
During the maintenance window, the DSM web view and plugin will have limited functionality in read-only mode. Customers accessing the DSM web view and the DSM Sketch plugin version 1.0.27 or higher will see a message advising that DSM is in read-only mode during maintenance. Customers using a version of the DSM Sketch plugin lower than 1.0.27 will not see maintenance messaging or read-only mode. For those customers, updates to DSM libraries will fail until they upgrade to the newest version of the DSM Sketch plugin. Client meetings and work using InVision DSM during this timeframe should be rescheduled.
After maintenance completes, customers will need to refresh their browser to continue working with their DSM library in the web view. Customers will also need to update the DSM Sketch plugin to the latest version to continue working with DSM outside of read-only mode. The DSM plugin will remain in read-only mode and may not work as expected after this maintenance until it is updated to the latest version. Generally, a restart of Sketch should update the DSM Sketch plugin.
Customers who typically need to work with their IT team to update Sketch plugins should prepare to do so after this maintenance window to ensure they are able to continue their work with DSM without interruption. Our apologies for any inconvenience this poses.
Note: This will impact all customers using InVision DSM including our customers using InVision Private Cloud services.
