How can I find the status of my Marketplace order?

After you place an order on Marketplace by InVision, a transactional email is sent to you asking for optional address verification. Orders are held for 24 hours giving you time to verify.

After the 24-hour hold, your order is sent to our fulfillment center to be packed and prepped for shipment. You’ll then receive a second email confirming your final shipping address.

When your order ships, a third email is sent with the tracking number.

When the order is delivered, a final email is sent confirming delivery.
