This article applies specifically to legacy DSM. In the new DSM, layer styles are not shown on the documentation site. Learn more about building documentation in the new DSM.
Sketch 85 is the last version of Sketch supported by the legacy DSM plugin.
By default, layer styles are hidden from a legacy DSM documentation site.
To show layer styles in the legacy DSM web view:
- Open Sketch and click the legacy DSM icon.
- In the left-hand panel of the DSM window, right-click Layer Styles.
- Select Show on web.

If you navigate to the DSM web view, you should now notice a section for layer styles.
